Listening to our Inner voice

Listening to our inner voice it’s the most important aspect of recognizing our motivation, inspiration, desire, our character, self-love and self-awareness. When we were kid we knew what we like, dislike, about our dreams and our character because we did not had any other pressure, comparison, jealousy or responsibilities.

As we grow we forget about ourselves; however we start comparing yourself, devaluating, feel uncomfortable with our own skin and no self-confidence at all. The World we live in we all have more stress and depression so we all have to learn how we can get balance in our inner self. I am giving my example, that I have been through very rough time for past 21 years but finally I have learned how to get balance.

If we look at the picture then we see kids are doing painting, same way we can do that to reduce our everyday stress and anxiety by doing what we love to do. Stop thinking about what other people think and say because at end of the day we have to live with our own self not anyone else. Doing what we love means painting, drawing, walking or doing meditation etc. it we help us to know our self better and understand.

I am doing meditation everyday that helps me to open up my all 7 chakras and it help me to know myself better, what I like, dislike, why I am here for and most important thing is I love myself and fit perfectly into my skin. I never felt this way before; I have always hated my self and never understood what I really wants from life because I was comparing myself to others. We always have to focus on our strength not on our weaknesses.

Wrapping Up

Self-awareness, self -love and care it’s necessary for our own growth and helping others who are surround by us. We always forget about ourselves and turn into someone else despite we know this is not who we are. Changing perspective of our thinking needs lot of work but our old habits has to let go and it will get easier.

Knowing who we are and having self-confidence reduce our stress, anxiety and depression. Stop comparing our self to someone else because everyone’s life is different, their karma is different and their problems are different. Don’t ask for difficulties and problems of others for us. One thing we all can do for ourselves is pampering, loving the way we are, fitting into our own skin, no comparison, no jealousy and help others to do the same.
