Success and Happiness

If we look at it then, we all realize that back in days everyone was happier than now. They weren’t earning what we earn nowadays but we are more stressful than before. I am not saying that we don’t need money to live; however is that the only thing we need??

Nowadays we all are running towards the success called nice car, big house, social media followers, nice job and etc. We all need these things to live our life but this is not the happiness. Happiness is within us and we have to find that so we don’t stress out after achieving all these.

As an example, when we were kid we did not had anything; however we knew how to get happy. Happiness is enjoying in the present moment just like a kid. When we were kid, we find happiness in the small little things like rain, playing with friends, running around the street, candy and etc.

Happiness is getting time and stay in that moment with our family, friends and with us not only having all the material success. We are too busy working, earning money, building business, creating more stress than we can handle and not giving enough time to our loved one or our self. Life is too short we don’t know what will happen to us tomorrow.

Other way to release the stress is going into the nature and enjoys the every bit of the God creation. Looking and walking into the nature will help our brain to relax because it produces Serotonin and Endorphins. It will help to reduce stress, reduce blood sugar, blood pressure and other health issues that we all know.

We all have to work but making sure not to overdue and stress out ourselves. There is a competition going on everywhere nevertheless we are creating stressful environment and more health issues. We all need to learn to have the balance in our work and personal life. Taking time out for our self, our family and doing communication is the best combination for Success and Happiness.
