How to find your true self?

Finding our true self it’s a process; it takes time and effort to release negative patterns and habits. I can talk about this because I been through this process. It all started 5 years ago after I got my third divorce. I decided to take a break from all the other noises from family and other people that what I am supposed to do. People beliefs are women need a man to survive. I do not believe that is true. We can have someone as our companion who matches our energy and align with our self.

Asking questions

Have time for you at least 10 min per day that you can sit with yourself and ask the questions.

What am I doing that makes me happy?
What do I need to change?
Why am I here?
What is my life purpose?

I asked these questions, I never get the answers and felt very confusing. When you feel that confusion that means you will go deeper to find the answers.

Finding the tools

When we want to find something we always try our best to search for it because that is called curiosity. Curiosity makes everything fun and creates passion about finding. Finding tools can become anger, frustrations and feeling like giving up. That is the process and have the courage that never give up. Go after what you want and desire. When you give up that means that you don’t have that desire, need or that is that important to your life.

Trying out new knowledge

Learn something new and follow the people who make you drive to go deep to find your purpose. Listens to them apply the knowledge consistent and if you do not see the results then find out different ways to do it that works best for you. All the things don’t work for everyone. You have to find a way what fits well for you on your style. Never copy people because you will detach yourself from you.

Be patience with yourself

Patience is the key to be successful in this or any other situations. Good things always takes time and it will keep you stand on for the long run. Think about long term not the short term. This is not easy task or overnight results, it will takes years and years. The end results will give you peace, happiness, abundant mindset, feeling confident, staying grounded and true to who you are. Be patience, don’t rush the process and relies and let it go.

Have faith in Divine

Having faith and trust in Divine and in yourself. Having faith in Divine it’s not the only thing you need to find yourself and your purpose. When we go to school our teacher teaches us and take some small test in between and at the end final exam. Same thing in a real life that after we learn some of the thing Divine will put some small test to see how you are doing and how far you came. If we pass then we can go to the next steps and if we fail then it starts over again. Have patience, faith and attitude that never giving up no matter how much life get tough or put you through the test.ultivating a relationship with the ‘faceless consumer’. Do this, and more engaging stories, more effective campaigns, and deeper loyalty between employee and employer, brand and brand, and brand and customer might just follow.
